e. In order to keep faith with the order of conditional release, the defendant shall be released on entering recognizance with one surety to satisfy the terms of the conditional discharge.
f. Once an affidavit to that effect is filed at the registry and issued on this court, the defendant shall then be released until the expiry of 30 days is allowed to pay the compensation and cost.
g. The defendant was thereby remanded pending the perfection of the term of her release.
h. Count 2 was discharged.
